The increasing use of technology in the workplace has made it easier for young people to get work an hard for old people. To what extent do you agree or disagree？
題目大意：
新技術(shù)在企業(yè)的普及，讓青年比老年人更有求職優(yōu)勢(shì)。同意還是反對(duì)
思路：
To what extent do you agree or disagree，建議采用折中的部分同意/反對(duì)的立場(chǎng)；在文章中采用雙邊論證。
將get work這一抽象的概念予以細(xì)分后，根據(jù)不同工作有不同的側(cè)重，討論年輕和年老的求職者各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)。如某些工作注重新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，年輕人求職有優(yōu)勢(shì)；而另一些工作，則不是由依賴技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)，更依賴年長(zhǎng)者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和人脈等。

Some people claim that the computerized era makes the younger generation more competitive than their senior counterparts in job seeking. While it maybe the truth in the case of some businesses, I would say that there are many other fields where old people have their unique strength over young rivals.
On the one hand, in some technological industries, young job seekers who can manipulate computers or software do have more opportunities than old people.This is particularly obvious in positions like programming and IT engineering,where the proficiency in computer know-how and potential learning capabilityare the key consideration for employers. That is why there are usually thresholds set for the age of applicants in these occupations, given the general belief that young people are more adapted to the ever-changing trend of new technology.
On the other hand,there are other jobs which do not require proficiency in technological skills. The sales, for example, is one of those positions that attaches more importance on experience and business connections, both of which are the advantages of senior employees, as it takes years to accumulate the knowledge and establish network in a certain field. The same is true for consulting companies, where the profound insight from an experienced expert is far more reliable and persuasive to clients.The last fact we cannot afford to ignore is that in almost all countries, whether these be developed or developing ones, it is the elderly who take the position of president, no matter how much the government values new technology.
In conclusion, it is undeniable that old people are eclipsed by young talents in certain technological positions, but it seems to me that senior citizens still have their role to play in many sectors in this high-tech age.
